11:00 Equipment Practical Hands-on comparison of smartphone vs. mirrorless vs. DSLR for site documentation. Selecting the right tool for your budget and workflow.

13:30 On-Site Photography Session Practical photography exercise at a real construction site. Participants document the site using the morning's techniques. Facilitated feedback in real time.
15:30 Documentation Protocol Design Building a personalized shoot checklist. Defining reference angles, documentation cadence, and file naming conventions for long-term project archives.
17:00 Day One Review Group review of the day's photos. Discussion of what worked, what to adjust, and preparation for day two.

10:30 Preset Creation Workshop Participants create their own editing presets based on their project's visual requirements. Batch processing and export settings for different communication channels.

13:00 Investor Update Design Layout principles for periodic investor reports. Image sequencing, caption writing, progress indicators, and how to present financial and construction milestones visually.
14:30 Render Integration Responsible use of architectural renders alongside real photography. Labeling, context, and the ethical presentation of future-state imagery in investor communications.
15:30 Template Building Participants build their own investor update template using the day's principles. Facilitators provide individual feedback on structure, hierarchy, and visual clarity.
17:00 Closing & Toolkit Handover Distribution of take-home materials: checklist, presets, template, style guide. Q&A and next steps for applying the workshop content to your first real update cycle.
